Tight Access Excavation

Extend your living area by rock-excavation under the house

Cutting in confined spaces with mini-excavators takes away the back breaking work of hand held demolition saws, and reduces the vibrations of hammers.

Underhouse Excavation & Landscaping

Peter Page of Thornleigh Australia owns a house on a sloping block of land in Sydney. He decided to buy a small excavator and a rocksaw to dig under the house to extend.

The first task was to demolish the existing concrete floor that had been put under the house. After this, the sandstone was cut out in blocks, which were then used as landscaping material for staiways, paths and retaining walls.
